"We see that at present the LLC 'Svoboda' fails to implement the municipal contract for maintenance of urban forests, it does not carry out cleaning works and a protective strip is present only at a limited territory. There are also other things to criticize," he noted at the meeting that was held in the mayor's office on Tuesday, July 4.

As it was reported by the press service of the Penza administration, Victor Kuvaytsev ordered the director of the department of Communal Services of the city Andrei Skripkin to force the management of the company "Svoboda" to carry out works enumerated in the contract.

In turn, the deputy chief of municipal administration for city governing and emergency situations Alexander Deryabin will have to organize an inspection of the urban forest for the purpose of detecting a possible threat of fire.
