Penza, 10 March 2018. PenzaNews. It was decided that parking in Glazunova and Ternopolskaya streets of Penza, which are adjacent to Prospekt Stroiteley street, should be prohibited by means of installing special road signs within the campaign against parking trucks at the roadside. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

According to the mayor's office, the problem was solved on the main highways in Arbekovo neighbourhood – in Prospekt Pobedy and Prospekt Stroiteley streets.

However, drivers often leave their vehicles in streets located in close vicinity to the above mentioned streets. In winter the vehicles prevent roads from being cleaned and in summer – from being repaired.

On Saturday, March 10, several officials headed by vice mayor Yury Ilyin went to the scene to assess the situation.

They contacted owners of the vehicles left at the roadsides and advised them to transfer the vehicles to designated places.
