Now there are four workers in the office instead of two, which is expected to reduce queues.

The innovation of the office is a self-service area, where clients can take packaging material for parcels and packages and then fill in a form.

In addition, the office is adapted for people with disabilities. In particular, the entrance is equipped with a ramp.

As it was said by Natalia Arbuzova, director of the Penza region department of the federal postal service Russian Post, the renewed office was unloaded due to the fact that parcel collection will be executed in Dzerzhinskogo street.
