Organizers of the regional festival of martial arts, which is annually held in Penza, plan to invite famous American actor Steven Seagal as a guest of honor in 2013. This is reported by Internet service “Penza-Sport” with reference to the chairman of the regional association of martial arts Sergei Chistov.

According to him, in 2012 the festival will be attended by the president of the National Association of Bodyguards of Russia, former high-ranking KGB officer Dmitry Fonarev.

Regional Martial Arts Festival will be held at the Palace of Sports “Rubin” in Penza on Saturday, December 29. It is expected that Federations of Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling, Taekwon-do ITF, Wu-shu, Aikido and Karate, as well as Zaseka, Inbi and Guard clubs will take part in the event.
