“Today [on July 20] the Arbitration Court [of the Penza region] decided to make a verdict in favor of the Olympic reserve school and begin the bankruptcy procedure. We have been assigned a supervisor. This will allow the club to reschedule its debt. Choose the primary payments, third- and fourth-tier transfers, hold the necessary meetings, set up the schedule,” he said.

This will not affect the sports team per se, Vadim Bogatskov noted.

“This will in no way be reflected in our sports performance. The players and the coaching staff are tasked to take part in the championship and get good results. The financial issues are the burden of the top management,” the club’s executive director stressed.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the executive director of the Penza hockey club “Diesel” Vadim Bogatskov announced during the June 5, 2015 press conference in the regional sports committee that the club owes over 45 million rubles without fines and penalties.
