Penza, 21 June 2016. PenzaNews. Over 100 people reportedly will be taking part in the Penza regional shooting sports competition on Wednesday, June 22. It will be dedicated to Memory and Grief Day – the day when Nazi Germany began the sudden offensive against the Soviet Union.

The competition will be held at the shooting range of the children and youth sports school on Vostochnaya street.

The list of competitors features workers of Penza enterprises and companies, as well as families. In addition, all volunteers age 18 and older with sufficient shooting sports skills are welcome to join in as well.

The event will begin at 17.00, with an official opening ceremony to be held an hour later, says the press service of the Penza region government.
