The presidium consists of 21 people, three more people were elected by auditing committee members.

During the All-Russian Swimming Federation conference Vladimir Salnikov was unanimously elected president of the Federation for another 4-year term.

The posts of first vice-presidents were kept after the executive director of All-Russian Swimming Federation Grigory Stetsyuk and the president of the Swimming Federation of the Volgograd region Victor Avdienko. The president of the Swimming Federation of the Rostov region Igor Gorin was also elected the first vice-president.

Twice Olympic champion Denis Pankratov, the president of the “Masters” Swimming Federation Alexander Danilov and the Moscow Swimming Federation presidium member Aleksey Filonov were elected vice-presidents.
