Penza, 12 November 2016. PenzaNews. A famous bodybuilder, “Mister Universe 2009” Aleksey Netesanov was arrested for two months according to the decision of the Penza Leninsky city area court.

“On November 8, he was arrested by officers of the department of illegal drug trafficing of the Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, on November 10 the court selected the measure of restriction for him, that is 2 months of house arrest,”  the head of the information and public relations office of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Olga Evdokimova told PenzaNews.

She specified that Aleksey Netesanov is suspected of committing a crime stipulated by Part 3, Art. 234 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal traffic in potent or poisonous substances for the purpose of sale”.

The sanction of the article presupposes punishment by way of penalty up to 120,000 rubles equal to 1-year salary or other income of the convict, or up to 5 years of compulsory labour, or up to 8 years of imprisonment.
