Penza, 6 September 2017. PenzaNews. The captain of the Penza club Diesel, which competes in the premier hockey league, Andrei Kuzmin is convinced that upcoming victories will help to unite the renewed team before the start of the 2017-2018 season.

"When a team gains victory, everyone wants to reach the only goal, in addition, a coaching staff helps to identify in what direction to work. [...] All this results in a hard-working team, which becomes friendly without any efforts," he noted during presentation of a new uniform in the sports and entertainment centre "Diesel-Arena" on Wednesday, September 6.

According to Andrei Kuzmin, over the last several years there has been a need to adapt in the early season because the Diesel's composition is constantly changing.

"I would not say it is easy, [...] but these are the conditions," the hockey player said.
