Penza Diesel pays off 70% of debts

Penza, 6 September 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza Diesel from the premier hockey league, over which external control had previously been established, paid off 70% of debts to players and creditors. This was reported by the club's executive director Vadim Bogatsov.

"We will take part in the championship. Our financial situation is under control," he said to journalists during presentation of a new uniform in the sports and entertainment centre "Diesel-Arena" on Wednesday, September 6.
However, Vadim Bogatskov refused to say what amount of money exactly had been paid off by that moment.
"It is restricted information," the Diesel's executive director noted.
As it was reported before, during the press conference that was held on July 12, Vadim Bogatskov said that Diesel intended to get out from bankruptcy proceedings in October.
At that time, the club's debt to players and creditors was reduced from 62 to 38 million roubles.
